Guy: Do you have an officer with a jack who can come to a four-way?
Me: (in head OMFGWTFAHAHAHA) Um, what?
Guy: I'm broke down [insert random location], and I'm going like 10 miles an hour. Do you have an officer who can come help me?
Me: Um, no? I can give you the number to a tow truck, but our officers don't do things like that.
Guy: Oh. Okay. Bye.
